Movilex invited as a "real and tangible example" of Circular Economy in the EVC Master of the UEX and SEXPE.

The C.S.S.O. of Movilex Recycling Group and General Director of Movilex LATAM, Pipo García Torremocha, participated this week in a session of the Master in Green and Circular Economy, which began its second edition this May and will run until December. It is promoted by the Extremadura Public Employment Service (SEXPE) and the University of Extremadura (Uex) and is the «first title of these characteristics organized by a Public Administration at the national level, aimed at unemployed university graduates registered in the SEXPE as of March 15, 2018”.

Movilex was invited to participate in the first days of this master’s degree and with this presence we were able to share, with the students of the same, our experience in the matter of circular economy, not in vain it occurred in the development of the module dedicated to waste management. In his speech, Pipo García Torremocha took advantage of the opportunity to publicize the company’s activity and its presence in different parts of the world, placing special emphasis on the philosophy and values of the group, on the objectives and commitments acquired by Movilex at the time to develop its management work in the field of waste, without forgetting to highlight the lines of business that move us and the products that are generated.

Movilex has been a tangible example of a circular economy applied, real, visible and with results for almost a decade. Incorporating into life what has been evicted in terms of waste. And all this, doing it with innovation, technology, talent and passion.

For his part, Antonio Chamorro Mera, head of the Marketing and Market Research Area, Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences, of the University of Extremadura highlighted in the presentation of the master that «we are aware that the transition to this new economic model, which takes into account the generation of wealth, employment, but at the same time the conservation of natural resources, requires qualified specialists who know how to implement this economic model, both in companies and in public policies”.

In this regard, for the C.S.S.O. It has been a great experience for Movilex to be able to share the business action that it coordinates with the participants in this master’s degree, while the choice of MRG as an example of a commitment to the circular economy in our region is a great satisfaction.
